About:Hong Kong Airport Amenities & Services

about sleeping area in HK airport

Hi, is there any lounch for sleep along duty free shops in Terminal1 as I will spend 11 hours at the airport? I heard about Regal hotel nearby. Do I have to leave a transfer area for that with my baggage and go through the customer again on my way back?
