March to April and September to October are the best period for that city.

The temperature is not so high in Spring and Autumn, around 15 to 20C in that time, neither so hot nor cold. Summer is the hottest time and it is humid then. Sometimes, the temperature is even over 40C. Without the air-conditioner, it is even hard to get to sleep, so summer is not a great time for visiting. Winter from December to Feb in the next year is usually the winter time time for WH and the temperature is around 1 to 3C. Sometimes, you will meet snow.
