New fast train Shanghai to Tianjin does exist?

I am in Shanghai and I'm planing to visit TJ. How about the new fast train? is it existing for TJ? if so how about ticket cost and time needed??

Hi, Thm.
For the new fast train, do you mean the G-train (bullet train)? If so, the bullet trains exist from Shanghai Hongqiao Railway Station to either TJ Railway Station or TJ South Railway Station.

The bullet trains take about 5 to 6 hours in general and the fare is around 508.5 or 516.5RMB for second class seat and 853.5 or 869.5RMB for the first class seat. If you want to know more, you are advised to search the Train Section on this website for more information.
