china visa application issue on invitation letter

I just want to know if there is any problem if the invitation letter specified the date of my entry was on 25th of april and i apply the visa after the 25th of april.

If possible, you'd better apply before April 25. In fact, the validity of the invitation letter is counted from the date of issue. It's valid for 30 days. If it is still valid after April 25, then you can apply with it.
