How to go to New Yuan Ming Palace from L hotel lotus branch ? by taxi or bus ? And how much the approximate cost ?And from there to the fisher girl statue?Thank you..

It is suggested to take a taxi to the palace, because there is about 4km between your hotel and the palace. The taxi fare is around 15RMB. Outside the palace, you can find the Yuan Ming Xin Yuan Station on Lanpu Road, where you can take the bus line 69 to reach Haibin Gongyuan Station. Then walk to that statue.
