About:Special Services of Hong Kong Airport Express

HK Free Airport Express Shuttle Bus Service?

This is my first time to HK and I will be staying at royal plaza hotel, i understand there is free airport express shuttle bus service as below is my question:
1. do i need to purchase airport express travel pass so i can take the free airport shuttle bus?
2. can i buy the ticket when i arrive HK?

You do not need to buy the airport express travel pass if you plan to use the free shuttle bus. You just need to show the airport express ticket to the driver and it will be OK.
The airport express ticket can be purchased when you arrive in HK airport.

I should remind you that the airport express free shuttle bus only operates from Kowloon Station to that hotel.
