Hi, it may cost you CNY70-80 by taxi!
Or you can take shuttle bus line 1 to Xinying Community (East Renmin Road) and then take a taxi to your hotel within 15min! In this way, the shuttle bus costs CNY25 per person and the taxi fare shall be within CNY15.1

Generally, local Nanping Street Pedestrian is rcommended. There you can hve an easy shopping for all kinds of things.
As for bars, the Kundu Bar Street is a good choice. It is near the east of Xinwen Road and Guofang Road.0
