From Stone Forest to Luoping County

Hi, how can i get by bus from Stone Forest to Luoping County without coming back to Kunming? Is there a bus station at the forest with buses leaving to Luoping? And do the bus leave until what time? Since i would like to visit the forest in the afternoon and get to Luoping for the evening if possible.. Thank you
