Do you have office to take visa in Guangzhou Airport?

Good day I am a Filipina married to a South African national We already have Ticket going to GZ to attend the Canton Fair but unfortunately my Visa from South Africa is not yet ready because we apply 3 months ago can I get chinese Visa from the Airport? and if yes what is the rquirements ?
