Regarding medical examination report for Z visa to China

Can anyone tell me where could I get the medical examination to be done. I ve heard that the chinese embassy accepts the medical examination report issued by only few health centers in India.

Hi, Physical Examination Record for Foreigner" issued by any Indian state hospital is acceptable.
