Airport express travel pass - free shuttle bus service to/from mtr/hotel? Do I have to buy 1 or 2 single trip ticket?

No, you don't need to buy 1 or 2 single trip ticket if you hold the travel pass! Just show the AE travel pass and you will be allowed to get on the free shuttle bus!
