About:Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport

Long layover - what to do in Guangzhou airport

Flying from Taipei to Melbourne and have a 5 hour layover in GZ. I know I need to go to the transfer desk to board flight to Melbourne. Any other advise I need or suggestions to make the time pass more quickly?

You may go window shopping some duty-free shops, read some books or surf the Internet during the 5 hours.
If you feel tired, you can stay in the lounges to have nap.
