how to get a cheap transportation from hangzhou xiao shan to westlake hubin area -renhe road

I am from HZ Airport xiao shan arrived at night 10:20 pm, with a total of 9 people group. I want to go from the airport to our hotel named: NEW DONGPO HOTEL which is located 52 Renhe road, westlake district - an area Hubin, HZ.could let us know how we are going to get there? and transportation are cheap and convenient. ^^and the area of ​​the hotel that we stayed is easier for us to all the tourist attractions?May I ask if on Wednesday, tourist spots in xihu not all open or how ?
