touch down Taiwan 19.04.14 for 8D trip

hi, i have checked the weather for this period which i be travelling to taiwan islandwide, including, hualie, yunlin, yilan, nantou, taipei etc.

i have checked the accweather taipei for the period weather forecast earlier, however today i checked again the weather seems to have changed. may i know is it there will be constant changing to the weather?
