how much does a octopus card cost(non-refundable) type? Can I use it to take from HK Airport to Central

You mean you want to get a Sold Octopus?
If so, the prices are different for different kinds of sold card, so it is suggested to find more information on the Octopus card official website and I am sure you can find what you want there.

The Octopus card can be used on the express and the ordinary mtr from airport to the Central Station.
