I have the invitation Letters from my contact and a copy of business licence plus s business card. However, i have already been granted 2 single entry L type in the month of August for 30 days and October for 14 days Last year 2013. I now want to apply for a 30 days single entry L/F type. Could you kindly advise me if i'm eligible?

Definitely, you can't apply for it at the Kenyan consulate in Beijing. You need to go back to Kenya and apply from Chinese embassy there.
