pls i receive this error message on my tracking numbers RB567381507CN and RC884391628HK.

the error message is (Sorry, no result found for your parcel temporarily. Please make sure you enter the right number or try again later!).
please what can i do.

The item (RC884391628HK) arrived at Nigeria on 2-Apr-2014. Hong Kong post and not China Post

my parcel with traking no RB567381507CN is NOT a new parcel. I order it on 20th March and i receiv a mail that the parcel has been shipped on 27th of March. kindly assist to track it down.
