About:Chinese Embassy in Russia

Z VISA APPLICATION and BACKGROUND CHECK

Dear Sir/Madam
I am writing in regards to the Z application process and the customary background check.
I am a citizen of Barbados currently residing and working as an ESL teacher (English as a Second Language) in Moscow.
I have been selected to teach at a language school in China and would like to know the correct procedure for obtaining my Z.Can I apply here in Russia or do I have to return to Barbados.
Also,I need a background check.Can you please tell me the correct procedure for this.

Hi, do you mean your employment status in Moscow will finish soon? if yes, you have to apply work Z in Barbados. Anyway, you can try to contact the embassy directly if they accept your application or not.
For Chinese Work Z application, you need to firstly get a work permit and official invitation letter. And you need to get a police clearance certificate from Russia before asking your Chinese company to handle work permit for you.
