I came to know that there is a clay sculpture park in tangshan is it true ??? at what time it opens

Yes, the clay sculptures are at Malong Bay Scenic Area, Fengrun County, TS city! The distinctive cultural park describing the Riverside Scene at Qingming Festival, which is a famous masterpiece in Chinese history, is open from 08:00 to 21:00!
