Yes, it is generally easy to visit Huanglong if you stay near JZG and there are many hotels or hostels around for your choice! As for the accommodation near Huanglong, I just know there are Sure Jie Hotel (瑟尔嗟宾馆) and Hualong Resort! However, as the altitude of the scenic area is a little high, some people may feel unwell, so you might well avoid stay nearby!
