About:Hong Kong Travel

MTR intercity e-ticket puchase collection in Hong KONG

Hi, I am collecting my train tickets from Intercity Through Train Customer Service Centre at East Rail Line Hung Hom Station. But because it happens to be the China Golden Week, I am worried will take longer time to look for the collection counter (must be super crowded).

Can anyone advise me where is the collection counter so that I can find the place faster.

It is hard to tell you the exact location. Just you can easily find the customer service center at the Hung Hom Railway Station builing! I heard you can also direct collect your train ticket at the ticketing window at the railway station. You may go for a try!
