May I take the ferry from HKIA to Shenzhen airport but not for the purpose of taking flight in SZ

I arrive HK on Sunday early morning at 5:45 am and my friend arrive Bao'an airport at 10 am. Am I allow to buy a ferry ticket to Bao'an airport just to pick up my friend?

As long as you will arrive HKIA by air and would like to go to SZ Airport, you are alllowed to take the ferry!
