Marriage Certificate Authentication

Hello there, i'm a medical student in China, i recently got married to a girl from Poland , when i came here to apply Q1 or Q2 visa for her, they said that i have to approve my marriage certificate my Chinese Embassy in Djibouti, i have our marriage certificate here (we got married in Somalia, and the marriage certificate is from Somalia).
do i need to come to Djibouti to get the marriage certificate approval or can i send it to my family in Djibouti to do the process for me? is it possible to do this approval in China???
