There is no shuttle bus carrying you from the airport to Putuo District.
In my opinion, you are advised to take the local subway trains to your hotel.
From the airport, you can take the line 2 to reach Jiangsu Road Station where you can change to line 11 to SH West Railway Station. Get out of the station from Exit 1 and walk along the Taopu Road, you can easily walk to your hotel.
