About:FAQ on China Postal Service

when will it arrive?

Hello, There is only 11 days remaining and i have not yet receive my product. My country is Mauritius and the tracking number says that it has been sent to airline/Delivered to airport on 18 march and today is the 1st april.

Marco, it takes longer time than China Post claims. You can go to your local post office and see if your parcel arrives. If not, you need to wait one or two weeks.
