About:Chinese Consulate in Melbourne

Can I apply for a visa to Hongkong by mail to the Chinese Embassy in Melbourne?

I am a permanent resident of Australia but holding Vietnamese Passport.

No, the consulate does not accept mailed application. You can visit the consulate in person or entrust someone else to handle your application.
