Hey I'm travelling to HK next week and wonder if it's considered rude to wear hotpants/shorts or strapless shirts or things like that? Any tips?

The average temperature is around 18 to 22C in the next week according to the latest information.

If you think it hot, you can wear shorts/hotpants or strapless shirts. It is not rude. Please do not worry. The modern city can accept all kinds of clothes and cultures.
