About:FAQ on China Postal Service

My order does't have the opening column. Is it everything alright?

this is what i get when i track my pack
Collection 32206600 FR 20140328 1411
Departure from outward office of exchange FR 20140329 1427

Amy, your parcel wasn't sent via China Post. I think you need to ask the French Post if you have doubts about your parcel.
