About:Chinese Embassy in India

If I apply again do I have to fill visa refused in column 4.4 of the visa application?

My visa application was returned on the day of collection, without giving reason not to issue visa, will this application considered as refused visa? If I apply again do I have to fill visa refused in column 4.4 of the visa application?
I have traveled around 50 times to china in the past.
No reason for returning on visa application, please suggest how should I apply, I do not know the reason of returning application.

China Embassy has the right to refuse a visa application without giving any reason. So it's usual. You should fill all of the columns in the visa application with genuine info.

I find that you have to submit your visa application to the Chinese Visa Application Service Centers (CVASC) in New Delhi now. Did you submit the application to the Embassy directly?
