About:Apply for China Visa in a Third Country

Applying for Z type (work) Visa in Hong Kong (different passports)

Can me and my colleagues apply for Z type in Hong Kong? Or whether one or all of them need to go to their home country to apply for it. We have the following cases:

- Venezuela passport - Currently Chinese residence permit
- Dutch passport - Currently on Chinese Dependency residence permit
- Dutch passport - Currently on Chinese Tourist L
- Colombian passport - Currently on Chinese student X

If there are any good agencies anyone can recommend please let us know as well!
Thank you!

Hi, as I know, HK office does no longer issue work Z unless you are HK residents. Otherwise, you all have to apply in your home country. Anyway, you can have a try to contact the agency inside of the HK airport for more latest information: +852 2261 2472.
