Bringing wood products into China

I want to bring some gifts into China made of wood from Australia. Items like Jarrah(type of wood) bowls, boxes etc. Do you have to declare wooden items. They are not very expensive so are within value limit of gifts.

It's ok for you to bring them into PRC. I don't think you need to declare them.
