express work permit available?

Hi. I am currently based in Shanghai but have a home in another city in China. I am on a Z-visa now and in the next two days, I have my interview to change my current type into a work permit. But I am in a hurry to get my passport back. Is there an option to get my current type changed to a work permit faster, if I pay a fee? And if so, what is the fee?

I am afraid that there is no express service. Usually, you will have your temporary resident permit in 15 days after you submit your application.
