where can i buy a smart card z in hangzhou?

I will be visiting HZ from Shanghai, and would like to also rent a bike for the day. Where can I get the Z Smart Card, that is required to use the Public Bike System? Is it possible to get one at either the Central of the East Railway Stations where most of the trains from Shanghai arrive?

The Z card cannot be purchased at East Railway Station. Since you will head for the city proper area, it is suggested to take the local subway line 1 to reach Longxiangqiao Station, where you can find the service center of Z card.
