I'm the Year of the goat March 19, 1991 and my boyfriend is Feb 2, 1991 how will school go for us and career?

Your boyfriend is a horse, the cut off date is. 15th feb, before the 15th feb a horse, 15th feb/after a sheep, hope this helps out.
