I suggest you take a bullet intercity train from Tianjin Railway Station to BJ South in around half an hour. Then at BJ South Metro station, take local subway line 4 to Xizhimen. After that, u can easiy walk to BJ North Train Station, where there are direct trains to Badaling Great Wall.
