About:Chinese Embassy in Netherlands

Dutch living in Finland

Hello,
I have a dutch passport but are living for the last 20 years in Finland.
The Fins do not need a visa to travel to Hong Kong is this also valid for Dutch passport holders.

Yes, you enjoy free entry to Hong Kong for a stay no more than 90 days. So, you just need prepare return ticket and hotel reservation if any.
