Beijing Zoo Clothes Wholesale Market

I will be going to BJ during April 2014 , will the Zoo wholesale still be open? And besides the zoo wholesale market , is there any other places with fixed and cheap pricing without much bargaining needed , eg a good material blouses and skirts each for 10-30rmb and nice dresses about 40rmb?
Do you also have recommendation where to buy good quality dresses that is about 40rmb?

The market shall still open during April, becaue the exact time for moving has not been decided yet! Another same style wholesale market is Dahongmen Clothing Wholesale Market at Nanyuan Road, Fengtai District! There you are able to find what you want!

I know there is a Tianlong Clothing Department Plaza in Beijing, where you can find clothes for both men and ladies! It is located at end of Fengtai Road, West Fourth Ring (Xi Si Huan), Fengtai District! You may go for a try!
