About:China Postal Service

where is my item?

my tracking number is RB223178727CN but its been in the null state for a long time. the web site that i bought it from said it would take about 7 days to get here in U.S its been longer than 7 days.It was ship out on 3/12/20014 i paid with paypal should i start a disput and try to get my money back.

Your parcel was collected on Mar. 16 and left Beijing on Mar. 18. Everything is ok. It takes longer time. It's impossible that your parcel will arrive in 7 days. It takes 13 to 18 days usually.
