Why is taking soo long for a few things?

This is my traking nomber RC486164971CN Somebody can tell me aprox when i will have this things home? IS it a another site where you can check the traking or something like this ?

Is RC486164971CN a new tracking number as it takes 3-5 days for China post to update there systems
