Travel to Taipei for a month from October to November, is it suitable?

Hi, i am planning to travel to Taiwan for a month for a backpacking trip, is it appropriate to travel during this period and when should i travel? Mid-october or end october?

Hi, it shall be fine to travel there during Oct. and Nov. when the weather will be pleasant and rainfall would be a little! Mid to end Oct. is good~
