Weekend in Shanghai

I would like to go to shanghai with the following routing:
Zurich-Munich-Shanghai-Zurich
I am eligible for the transit visa?

No, you have to apply for a Chinese visa for this visit, because the itinerary will be considered as a return trip. Actaully, this exemption apply to direct transit via Shanghai to a third country in a different region, for example, London-Beijing-India.
