I will arrive at HKIA at the midnight. where can I buy octopus card?.

is there any distribution outlet at the airport?

Where will you reach the airport?
As I know, the last train from the airport is at around 00:48, so if you could reach the HKIA before that, you will buy a octopus card in the Airport MTR Station directly.
