can i get this permanent residence status?

Hi ,Im married to a chinese national for 6 years and have been in china 5 years but left the country to give birth for 8 mo months withing this 5 years we have two children can i apply  for  this status and also does this affect my own nationalty ?

Hi, Chinese permanent residence status does not affact your nationality, so you can try to apply for the Confirmation Form for Foreigners Permanent Residence Status issued by the Ministry of Public Security of China.
