is it really my lucky year or should i expect it to just generally suck?

hi! i was born in 1974, i was told that my luck on work and financial matters will pan out considerably well for this year. however, no matter how much i try, i seem to encounter obstacles. like when i tried to get a part time job as an online teacher, i can't get seem to entice the students to sign up.
