Hong Kong visa for Lebanese Nationality

Hi i am a Malaysian, and my fiancee is Lebanese. We have planned to visit Hong Kong
And Shenzen, on the 3rd of april. We are applying for the chinese Visa, but can my fiancee ( holding lebanese passport) get a voa in Hong Kong and then proceed to Shenzen? Because the time is limited to get one to Hong Kong as we have bought all tickets and also hotel accomodation. For both Shenzhen and Hong Kong.
