May I know whether you refer to Four Seasons Hotel or Four Points by Sheraton Hotel? Then I can give you the correct directions. Anyway, upon your landing, the Night Bus Line is the only shuttle bus in operation at PVG!0

If you refer to the Four Points by Sheraton, Pudong, I suggest you take the night shuttle bus to Dongfang Road, Zhangyang Road and then take a taxi to get there. If you will live in the Four Points by Sheraton, Daning, take the night bus to get off at Zhejiang Middle Road (Yan'an Road, People's Square) and then catch a taxi to reach.
For the former hote, the direct taxi may cost CNY170-180 and the latter may cost around CNY150 by cab!0
