how do we get from HK airport to fortress station

You mean the Fortress Hill Station, right?

If so, I think the local mtr is the best method.
From the airport, you can take the airport express to reach HK Station and then walk to the Central Station to take the MTR Island Line to get to the Fortress Hill. Station.
