How long does it take to get from the Yichang port to the railway station?

If a cruise ship arrives at 13:00, can we make a train at 14:40?

The bus takes about two hours from the airport to the railway station.

If you can hire a local taxi or have a car arranged before the cruise arrives, you can make the train at 14:40, otherwise, the time is limited.
