I placed an order online over 4 weeks ago. I was given a tracking number RC291709645CN can't make any sense of where my parcel is I get told too contact my post office. Can I have some help please.

Your parcel was sent out from China on 2/March, if it doesn't arrive next week, contact the seller, and remember to file a not received-claim if paid through PayPal before time runs out.
