About:Chinese Embassy in Philippines

is there new requirements for china visa if the trip is sponsor by the company.

what are the requirement of an employee? and the company?

If it is a business visit, invitation letter issued by Chinese organizations or individual is required. Besides, if you are apply for this first time, a bank certificate of deposit balance including the past 6 months history of your bank account and the receipt for payment of this certificate, BIR-stamped income tax return form, letter from your employer detailing your salary and the length of your employment are required.
